About this office

The Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals is one of the two highest judicial bodies in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. The state constitution does not fix the court's size; the Oklahoma Legislature sets the number of judges by statute. The First Legislature established the court and granted it exclusive appellate jurisdiction in criminal cases.
